Plain-English summary. Last updated October 2026. By using LexGPT you agree to these terms.
LexGPT provides education, templates and a verification method for AI-assisted legal work. LexGPT is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. You remain fully responsible for your own professional work, for the accuracy of anything you sign, and for compliance with your regulator's rules on technology and AI.
The free handbook may be shared with colleagues. The Pro handbook, course and template files are licensed to the individual or firm that bought them; please do not resell, publish or redistribute them publicly. You may edit and use them in your own and your clients' work.
AI tools can be wrong and can fabricate authorities. Our method is designed to reduce that risk, not to eliminate it. We do not warrant that any template, rule or checklist will produce a particular result. Always check the current law and apply your own judgement.
Do not send us client, matter or privileged material. The harness is designed to run inside your own account or environment; you are responsible for configuring it consistently with your confidentiality and privilege obligations.
Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to scrape or resell content, or to provide legal advice to others through us.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Digital products are sold through Stripe and delivered by download. Because they are delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally non-refundable; if a download fails or is defective, contact us and we will make it right. Firm engagements are governed by a separate written proposal.
LexGPT owns the method, text, templates and design. You receive a licence to use them; you do not receive ownership. Your own documents and data remain yours.
We review and link to third-party AI tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their output, pricing, availability or data practices. Always check each vendor's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexGPT's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or professional sanctions.
We may update these terms or discontinue features. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
